Consent to personal-data processing
By ticking the relevant box at registration or checkout, the User gives this consent to the processing of their personal data under Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data.”

Personal data covered
2.1. This consent covers the following personal data (“PD”):
- —surname, first name;
- —email address;
- —display name and profile information entered by the User;
- —when paying on behalf of an organisation — the legal entity’s or sole proprietor’s details;
- —technical data: IP address, user-agent, device identifiers and cookies;
- —order and payment records (date, amount, status, order contents).
Purposes of processing
- —concluding and performing the paid-services agreement (the public offer);
- —identification and authentication in the Personal Account;
- —processing payments and issuing fiscal receipts (ФЗ-54);
- —sending service and informational messages relating to the Services;
- —ensuring security and handling User requests.
Permitted actions and methods
4.1. The User consents to the Controller performing the following actions: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating (renewal, alteration), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction of PD.
4.2. Processing is carried out both with and without automation. No cross-border transfer is performed; the data of Russian citizens is stored in databases within the Russian Federation.
Transfers to third parties
5.1. The User consents to entrusting PD processing to, and transferring PD on confidentiality terms to: the payment provider (LLC Robokassa), the fiscal-data operator (ОФД) and the hosting provider — to the extent necessary to render the Services.
Validity and withdrawal
6.1. This consent is valid from the moment it is given until the processing purposes are achieved or until the User withdraws it.
6.2. The User may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written statement to info@arsqlippoth.ru from the email address given at registration or checkout. On receipt, the Controller stops processing the PD and deletes it, except for data that must be retained by law.
6.3. Withdrawal may make it impossible to render the Services and lead to termination of Platform access.
Confirmation
7.1. By ticking the relevant box and/or accepting the Offer, the User confirms that they have read this consent and the Privacy Policy, act of their own free will and in their own interest, and that the data provided is accurate.
